Schedule in-home meeting to tour property and determine suggested list price. Not all agents are the same! The most critical aspects of determining value based on data is overlooked by most agents because of their lack of experience and because of what they do not teach in the 6-week Real Estate courses. Trending data is the moving average which is the strongest indicator for predicting value and with mindset shaped by my BBA in Real Estate Finance and over 34+ years of experience, numbers and data speaks differently to me.

Present every offer with a net sheet of projected proceeds and give you a strategy to negotiate at every step of the process. This is where experience matters most. I employ a skillset to negotiate well, and it's where most of my clients see the greater parts of my overall value. Any agent can find a buyer, but not all can 'close' them.
